OUR TRAINING PROGRAM

Coach Freeman, leads a comprehensive youth soccer program designed to develop well-rounded athletes. Our training focuses on strength, speed, endurance, agility, coordination, and injury prevention, ensuring players build both skill and resilience.

But we go beyond the game.

Our program integrates S.T.E.A.M.* learning to help young athletes understand biomechanics, strategy, and data-driven training for smarter gameplay.

We also incorporate A PLAY, PLANT, PERFORM LEARNING SERIES. This unique program blends soccer training with hands-on gardening, teaching players how food fuels their bodies for peak performance.

FITNESS FOCUS

Building a well-rounded athlete means focusing on endurance, speed, strength, balance, and flexibility. Through drills, bodyweight exercises, and agility training, players boost their stamina, power, and coordination. Injury prevention and recovery are key, ensuring they stay strong and ready to perform at their best on and off the field.

S.T.E.A.M FOCUS

S.T.E.A.M. learning in soccer training helps athletes think critically, improve performance, and understand the science behind movement, strategy, and nutrition. By combining biomechanics, technology, creativity, and data analysis, players develop smarter decision-making skills, boost efficiency on the field, and gain exposure to sports science and future career opportunities.

Gardening and soccer go hand in hand—both require patience, endurance, and teamwork. Digging, planting, and carrying soil build strength, just like training drills. Plus, learning how food grows helps players fuel their bodies for peak performance. It’s a hands-on way to grow stronger, smarter, and more mindful athletes!
