What People
Are Saying
"Coach Freeman helped me become a smarter athlete. I improved my endurance, increased my power on the bike, and learned how strength training directly impacts cycling performance. The results showed up both in training and on race day."
Competitive Cyclist
"I’m not a racer—I ride for fitness and fun. Coach Freeman taught me how to ride more safely, improve my confidence in traffic, and take better care of my body on and off the bike. I’m stronger, healthier, and enjoy cycling more than ever."
Leisure Rider
"I had been racing for years, but I could never quite break through. After training with Coach Freeman, I placed on the podium for the first time. He taught me how to train with purpose, improve my bike handling skills, and build the strength I needed to compete at a higher level."
