Schedule a Fitness assessment

All clients undergo a required individual fitness assessment to determine starting points in their fitness journey. During the Coach Freeman assessment, clients will perform exercises aimed at identifying strengths and weaknesses. These tests include assessments of the core, left versus right extremities, lower body, upper body, posterior chain, range of motion, and more. Additionally, cardiovascular conditioning will be evaluated.
